METRO VANCOUVER BUSINESS OWNER WINS REAL ESTATE STAGING ASSOCIATION’S 2012 HOME STAGING INDUSTRY AWARDS

Winners were announced in Las Vegas at the industry’s annual convention February 1, 2012

The RESA® Home Staging Industry Awards are the most prestigious awards in the home staging industry. Home Stagers from all over North America submitted their before and after photos for consideration and their peers voted for the best. Final judging was decided by a panel of industry professionals.

Private Property Staging's Certified Lead Property Designer wins RESA® 2012 Canadian Rookie Stager of the Year and RESA® 2012 North American Rookie Stager of the Year at the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®), annual Home Staging Industry Awards held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"Most of the properties that we staged in 2011 had sold within 30 days and several for over the asking price." Kristy attributes her above average success to combining her staging services with expert marketing of each property. "After we stage our properties, we actively promote the staged home via complimentary extensive online marketing, photography and videography."

All Home Stagers on our team are Certified Staging Professionals™ (CSP™).” The CSP™ designation is recognized by real estate professionals, builders, home stagers, decorators and the average home seller for its brand reputation of excellence. It identifies home staging consultants who have earned a certification in the staging industry that included quality training with vigorous testing and hands on apprenticeship.

With 8 years of real estate experience 15 years of marketing knowledge to her credit, Kristy has learned that a Buyer will often more quickly write an offer on a property if they feel an emotional connection to it. "Our duty is to define empty space and create a space that allows the masses of Buyers to imagine themselves living in it.” As a Certified Lead Property Designer, Kristy guides the Buyers eyes to exactly where she wants them to look which is directly to the features in the home that the masses of Buyers want most and willing to pay a premium for.
