Within 24 hours, we will send a Staging Proposal & Agreement via email for review and approval. All homes are unique, therefore prices will vary based on the square footage, floor plan, condition and scope of the project.

Once the Proposal and Agreement to stage is signed and payment is received, the property will be professionally staged. Inventory rental is for 30 days and if desired, the rental may be renewed each month.
