Upon contacting Private Property Staging with the property details and upon a signed Agreement, Kristy will visit your property to determine the appropriate furnishings, precise layout/placement and ideal colour/lighting choices necessary to properly guide Buyers eyes to important focal points and features throughout the home and develop an emotional attachment between Buyers and the staged home.
As all homes are unique, prices will vary based on the square footage, floor plan, condition, location and scope of the project.

Once an Agreement is signed and payment is received, the staging date will be reserved and the property will be professionally staged and ready to market and show. Inventory rental is for 30 days and if desired, the rental may be renewed each month.
